Instructions to complete your certification
Follow the instructions to initiate your HGA certification process.
FOR FIRST TIME USERS. HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND PRACTICE FOR HGA CERTIFICATION. DOWNLOAD THE APP FROM

After installing the app.
Start the app.Follow the screen. Click on Start
then
From the menu click "REINSTALL"
Then click "RELOAD"
You will find 10 got credited in the account. If 10 gets credited that means everything is working fine.
If not, then close the app completely. The app shouldn't be running in the background. Then open the app once again and go to the practice screen to check if 10 got credited or not.
